AdmitAhead is a marketplace that connects MBA applicants with coaches who are current students at graduate business programmes. Coaches are independent professionals, not AdmitAhead employees or agents. We don't provide coaching ourselves, and we are not a party to the coaching relationship between you and your coach. We do not guarantee any admission, scholarship, interview invitation or other outcome, and nobody honestly can.
Prices are set by each coach and shown in full before you book. Payment is taken at booking. We collect on your coach's behalf and keep a 35% marketplace fee, which is disclosed on our pricing page and in this document. The price you are quoted is locked for your application cycle even if your coach raises their rate afterwards.
Your first paid session with any coach is fully refundable if you email refunds@admitahead.com within 48 hours of it ending. No form, no explanation required, no retention call. Beyond that window, sessions already delivered are non-refundable; undelivered sessions in a package are refundable pro rata at any time.
Either side may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Later than that, the session may be treated as delivered. Coaches set their own cancellation policies within these defaults and will tell you theirs.
You own your essays, your application materials and everything you write. We claim no licence to them. We use them only to deliver the coaching you booked. Your coach is contractually barred from sharing, publishing or reusing your materials — including as teaching or marketing examples — without your written permission. We will not use your materials as marketing examples unless you ask us to.
Some sessions, mock interviews in particular, are more useful recorded. We record only with the affirmative consent of everyone on the call, asked at the start of each session. You can decline and the session goes ahead unrecorded. You can ask us to stop recording, or to delete a recording, at any time. Recordings are stored securely, shared only with you and your coach, and deleted after [90] days.
We ask every client for a review, not only the ones we think are happy, and we publish what we receive — positive, negative or mixed — without editing. If you received a founding-cohort discount, we'll ask you to say so in your review; that's an FTC requirement and we think it's the honest way to do it.
Coaches you meet here are contractually required to work with you through AdmitAhead, which is how the refund guarantee, the confidentiality terms and dispute support reach you. Arranging privately means none of those apply.
The service is provided as-is. We don't warrant that any coach's advice is correct, that school information on our site is current, or that you'll be admitted anywhere. School deadlines, essay prompts and requirements change mid-cycle — always confirm on the school's own admissions page before relying on anything you read here. Each of our school guides links to its source for exactly that reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including admission decisions, lost scholarships, or lost opportunity.
Tell us first — email will@admitahead.com and we'll try to fix it, and we mean that. Otherwise these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
We'll post any material change on this page with a new effective date, and email registered users at least 14 days before it takes effect.
